I have tried to put decals on some parts recently, and they seem to not be showing, even thought he decals are approved and perfectly fine themselves. What could be the issue ? When I use decals I have used before they seem to show more often as well, but when I used new ones they dont show at all. What could be the problem?

Most likely an issue on Roblox’s end, only solution might be to wait it out.
If you’re working on a particularly large game, the studio is going to be more focused on rendering everything else in comparison to textures. It may take a prolonged period of time to load them. If you image is new then it could still be going over moderation.
Are you putting the Decal on a Part surface that’s very close to another surface?
Like a Decal Part that sits flush on another larger Part?
If so try moving the Decal Part surface away from the larger Part by .005 studs to see if it is just ‘hiding’ behind the other Part.
