Decals Get Stuck With "Pending Moderation" Image

When uploading a decal, the thumbnail for it on the website sometimes gets stuck displaying the “Pending Moderation” image and never changes. This seems to happen when a user visits a page where the decal’s thumbnail would be visible before the decal pends.

Here’s an example, I uploaded this decal over a week ago and though it did pend and is visible in game, it still looks like it’s pending because I visited the item page before it pended:

Repro steps:

  1. Upload a decal
  2. Immediately visit the decal’s item page before the image pends, if done right you should see the “Pending Moderation” image
  3. Wait a few minutes for the decal to pend
  4. View the decal on a different page of the website (Inventory, Library, Configure page, etc.). If done right you should be able to see the decal from there, but not from the item page.

We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix to regenerate these thumbnails if they get stuck displaying the Pending Moderation image. The decal image itself might have been approved and will be available but the thumbnail is not generated.
