Changes in this update include improvements to enemy balancing and a few bug fixes.

Removed
- Removed wave cap on enemy & vehicle health scaling
General Changes
- Players can now access sidebar while spectating
- Decreased vehicle health scaling each wave from 100 > 50
- Decreased enemy health scaling each wave from 30 > 25
- Increased default enemy spawnrate from 12s > 9s
- Enemy spawnrate will now also decrease based on playercount
- Increased minimum enemy spawn rate limit from 3s > 5s
- Updated M1911 animations
- Updated Ithaca 37 animations
- Players standing inside train clipping when enabled will now be teleported
- Players will now always teleport to the furthest sector at the start of a wave
- Weapon upgrades will now open primary by default
- Train upgrade prices will now increase based on sectors left
- Converted Jeep, Pontiac, Hot Air Balloon, Helicopter, Kart, and Blimp into meshes
- Decreased Boat driver base damage from 8 > 6
- Decreased Boat driver max damage from 30 > 12
- Decreased Dual Motorcycle driver base damage from 8 > 6
- Decreased Dual Motorcycle driver max damage from 30 > 8
