This update applies a massive overhaul to bullets and adjusts a few other things.

General Changes

Weapon Changes
The most important change of this update is that bullets are now created locally. Before, they were created on the server and in turn would feel unresponsive to use with the hitscan weapons or if you had a bad connection. With this change, there is no more delay from when you click to when your shot fires out of your gun. This was a massive overhaul under the hood, so if anything has broken due to this change then please let us know!
Additionally, the Defense status effect has been fixed. While working on the bullet overhaul, I discovered that the math for handling the Defense effect has been completely wrong the entire time. Since Defense isn’t an attribute used on weapons, it has a base value of 0 and is trying to be multiplied by however much percent of Defense a player current has which well… will always equal 0! This meant that the effect since it was first added has never done anything. The update fixes this issue, so all weapons that can apply a defense buff or debuff actually work properly now.
Spectate Changes
This update now allows the player to enter and exit spectate at their will. Instead of being forced into spectate upon joining or dying during an active wave, the player will now be sent to the break room where they can freely roam around. Currently this just includes being able to view the gallery while dead now, though I plan on adding in an arcade cabinet in the future that contains minigames that can be played to kill some time. Spectate is now able to be entered by interacting with the TV in the break room while dead.
