Deleting Objects containing particle emitters on attachments sometimes doesn't delete the particle emitter

Experiencing the same issue here too, new update broke particle behavior in studio.

No attachments required. Deleting the parent of a particle emitter won’t remove the particles…

Toggling Enabled false before deleting also doesn’t stop the particles.

I was so confused by this but it’s happening in my game too. Looks like it’s only happening in Studio though.

for the past two days particles have been weirdly bugging out in studio, sometimes they work after they are deleted and sometimes they don’t work when they exist and are enabled/disabled

Heavy bump on this issue. Particles have gotten extremely buggy out of nowhere; I’m hoping it was just an FFlag that wasn’t properly tested, and not something that’ll exist until next update.

We’re investigating this right now.

We reverted a change; this should be fixed now on new servers and when you restart your application.
