Denial reason: 3 for voice chat even though i live in canada

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   I want voice chat to play games with my friend in.

2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
   It does not appear. I live in Canada. On this website: https://voice.roblox.com/v1/settings It says my Denial Reason for voice chat is 3 (Unsupported Country) even though I live in Canada (supported country). Is there a fix?
   
   
   

   

3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
   A VPN. It doesn’t work. I have tried contacting Roblox Support, but they haven’t responded yet.

UPDATE: Turns out it had nothing to do with my location. I just had to set my birthdate to 1/1/2000. Hopefully people who had this problem now know how to fix it!

UPDATE 2: Nevermind, it only lasted for a day. I hope whoever works at Roblox Support gets fired.

UPDATE 3: I’ve recieved VC a few months ago. As irritating as it is, I think the solution for some people is just waiting a very long time. (0.6 - 1.5 years)

Bump, I live in Texas, which is in the US (supported country), yet can’t access voice chat.
