Denied UGC uploads appear as pending instead of denied

Previously, rejected items would be indicated with this icon:

now they forever stay pending:

I attempted to upload this item 2 weeks ago, and they’re still “pending” which is clearly not the case. It’s important for me to know when an item is rejected because I want to sell all my items at the same time and waste time waiting for something to be accepted when it’s already been rejected.
