Below you’ll find all Dentiez job titles along with their descriptions and responsibilities!

Miscellaneous Ranks;

Client: This is a communal rank and can be achieved by joining the group.
Suspended: This rank consists of staff members that have been put on suspension for not correctly following our staff guidelines, or basic community rules and etiquette.
Allied Representative: One high-ranked staff member from any of our allied groups is required to be placed in this rank, in order to officialize our alliance.
Awaiting-Training: You’ve passed your interview, great! You’re now required to attend a training at our training center (when released) in order to become a member of our staff team.


Low Ranks;

Dental Assistant: You’ve passed your training, and have chosen to become a Dental Assistant, great! As a Dental Assistant, you are required to assist Dental Hygienists during dental checkups/surgeries, and hand them any tools they need you to hand them, or perform any actions they ask you to perform.
Dental Hygienist: You’ve passed your training, and have chosen to become a Dental Hygienist, nice! As a Dental Hygienist, you are in charge of all dental operations within the dentistry, and clients put their faith in you to correctly perform any dental procedures on them that they are required to have!
Receptionist: You’ve passed your training, and have decided to become a Receptionist, wonderful! As a Receptionist, you are required to book any appointments for clients, and ensure that they feel comfortable and calm before heading into their dental checkups or operations.


Middle Ranks;

Lead Clinician: Lead Clinicians are the best of the Dental Assistants/Hygienists. Your job is not to supervise Assistants and Hygienists, but to ensure that if they need help, you answer their questions to ensure everything goes smoothly. Although you are now required to aid them if they need help, do not abandon your own workspace. Ensure you are also taking appointments and performing checkups and operations on clients.
Lead Receptionist: Lead Receptionists are the best of the Receptionists. You are not required to supervise Receptionists, but you are required to answer any of their questions to ensure that they are up-to-date with their job tasks. You must take any complaints from clients, and report them to high-ranked staff members if they are having issues with any other staff members. You are the foundation of our customer service team. You are still required to work at the reception desk.


Probationary High Ranks;

Supervisor: Supervisors are no longer required to work at the reception desk or take appointments unless the server is low on staff. Your main role as a Supervisor is to take complaints from clients, and follow them up with a small investigation before escalating the report to a high-ranked staff member. Do not take any staff complaints, these must be referred to or brought to the attention of a Manager or higher. You also must ensure that clients are comfortable and safe at all times, and any other staff in-game are performing their duties safely and correctly. As a Supervisor, you are now allowed to interview potential staff members during interview sessions.


High Ranks;

Manager: This is a highly respected rank, and the third hardest to achieve in the group (see Promotional System). Your role is similar to that of a supervisor; you must ensure that at all times in-game operations are running smoothly, and clients are happy at all times. You must take any client or staff complaints, and ensure they are dealt with. If you believe that you are a conflict of interest, you are trusted enough, and are given the responsibility to escalate the report to another high-ranked staff member. As a Manager, you are also now allowed to cohost interview and training sessions (see Interview Guidelines and Training Guidelines).
General Manager: One of the most respected ranks in the group, General Managers are the highest of the management team in the group. You are in charge of the servers when a directorial member of staff is not in-game. Your duty is to ensure;

  • client satisfaction,
  • the safety and comfort of clients and staff,
  • all reports are properly and correctly investigated.

As a General Manager, you are also now allowed to host interview and training sessions (see Interview Guidelines and Training Guidelines).


Directorial;

Staff Director: The Staff Director is in charge of all high-ranked, middle-ranked, and low-ranked staff members. They are in charge of monitoring the promotions, demotions and suspensions of staff members. All staff report to the Staff Director. Any major reports must be escalated to the attention of the Staff Director, and must be handled with complete professionality and neutrality.
Director of Clinical Services: Similar to that of the Director of Communications, the role of this directorial position is to take any suggestions that clients may make regarding development, jobs, et cetera, and bring them to the attention of the executive board. They are also specifically in charge of the Dental Staff - Receptionist category.
Director of Communications: The Director of Communications is in charge of organizing events for the group, and ensuring communications with our allied groups, alongside the Chief Operational Officer and Executive Director.
Director of Development: Developers for the group will be placed in this rank, and will be in charge of hiring any other required developers alongside the Chief Operational Officer and Executive Director.
Executive Director: The Executive Director has control over all of the directorial positions, and the areas in which they have control over. The Executive Director is also specifically in charge of ensuring the cooperation of the executive board, to guarantee that we are constantly working in a professional environment. Anyone in this role will also keep a close eye on members of the executive board, and report anyone who they believe is not working in a cooperative manner to the Chief Operational Officer and the Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Operational Officer: The Chief Operational Officer is in charge of all operations within the group, such as alliance requests, monitoring staff promotions, demotions and suspensions, taking feedback from clients and staff, dealing with any reports that have been escalated to them, and much, much more! This is the highest obtainable rank within the group.
Chief Executive Officer: The Chief Executive Officer is the founder of the group and the highest staff and directorial position within the group. This rank is unobtainable.


Note: The executive board have full control over all documents, group information, and group systems, and reserve the right to make changes to these documents at any given time.
