Deprecate Workspace.AllowThirdPartySales

Upon the release of the new game security settings, engineers confirmed that the Workspace.AllowThirdPartySales was never fully enabled and will be deprecated. Although the property has not been deprecated in the engine yet, official documentation should reflect this change to prevent further developer confusion with the property not working as intended.

Necessary documentation changes:

• Mark it as deprecated
• State that this property was never functional
• Have a link to redirect users to the game security settings article

It is not officially deprecated yet (this is upcoming), and as soon as that happens, the documentation will reflect that this is the case.

Is there any timeline on when it will be deprecated? Also, the documentation should still be updated to reflect that the property has never been functional regardless of it be officially deprecated or not.
