DepthOfField not working

I have checked other posts for solutions so this is not an issue already solved, I believe.
There is a problem with rendering DepthOfField in which in Studio and the game the DepthOfField effect does not show.
I also have examples from in-game to show how it is not working.
My graphics are maxed out and so are my rendering levels. (21)

There is also a secondary problem, in which indoor shadows are rendered strangely. I get that this is a common issue, but if anyone has any fixes that they use, I would appreciate it.

Edit: I fixed the shadow issue, but I find it annoying to have to make 5-10 stud thick walls to fix it.

Can you show us what you have for depth of field? Is it under lighting and/or camera?

It is under lighting.

I have it on the default settings to not mess with it.

This solution may work for you

I have read that post,

And have already attempted that.

can you send a screenshot of your rendering settings?

Also, put it under camera

Sure, but all my graphics are maxed out, even in-game.

On mine, I have ReloadAssets off. Try turning that off.

Also, try putting it under camera instead of in lighting

Putting it under the camera has no effect. Neither does ReloadingAssets.

I reset all my studio settings and actually, all my lighting has improved, thank you anyways!
