i am so bad at art desinging i wanna make a board games but the design of it is a hell obstacle for me and it is preventing me from keeping developing the game
i m really confused and stuck with this issue can anyone give me ideas of the characters design i dont wanna make them look too Robloxy

Well if NOT Robloxy is what you are looking for you must first define what Robloxy is

well by saying too robloxy i mean loke r6 and r15 charactwr
R6 and R15 are terms used to simply tell how many parts a humanoid rig has, It could look completely different from the defualt roblox characters.
Roblox has several artsyles in their many bundles that they have realsease, and most all of them have been made in r15.
If you want to ditch R15 entirely then you might start to look at making a custom rig.
(you can still have a custom character when using a r15 rig)

the default ones like the baccon model i dont want to create it like this i (blocks) i want it to be different
Different like royalhigh and DTI? They have a more human(ihs) body while still keeping the Roblox head.
If you are wondering what style to make your characters in, first find out what they are so they can most effectively achieve their purpose.

Here’s a design based on a board game piece. It is very simple, cute, and doesn’t require much animation.
Here is another idea, this time the character has legs.
This one has arms
and so on a so forth. Once you find a starting point, keep what you like and add or remove features as you please.
