Rules:
- You can only train as JI+ .
- Only DS+ can train,
- JI can train if there’s a supervisor (INSTRUCTOR)
- Always wear proper uniform
- Have fun! (NOT A REAL RULE)

We will now start with JJs, does everyone know JJs?
Example:

TWO
THREE
And so on.
Do 15 JJs when I say “GO!”
“GO!”
All done?
Alright.
We will now be doing “Turns”
Examples:
“LEFT, TURN” - 90 degrees to the Left.
“RIGHT, TURN” - 90 degrees to the Right.
“ABOUT, TURN” - 180 degrees behind you.
“CONTROL, TURN” - Follow the Host/Co-Host directions whoever calls it out (shift lock recommended)
“LEFT, INCLINE” - 45 degrees to the Left.
“RIGHT, INCLINE” - 45 degrees to the Right.
So now we’ve learned the turns and what they mean. Let’s start turns.
