Dev console erroring on scroll, causing lag spikes

Opening the developer console and scrolling while the scrollbar is at the bottom causes this error to happen:

Having the console auto scroll while new messages appear causes big lag spikes, most likely related.

The bug happens 100% of the time in all games, in both Client and Server tabs.

Repro:

1. Fill the dev console with messages so that the scroll bar appears
2. Scroll to the bottom, continue after the scrollbar reaches the limit
3. The errors will start to appear
4. Have the scroll bar at the bottom and print 5 messages at once
5. The game will freeze for ~1 second

This issue should now be fixed. You’ll need to restart open Studio/client windows for this to go away.
