Dev Ex support tickets aren't being sent properly

Im trying to receive support from Roblox supports system, but it seems like they are ignoring me.
I sent in a dev ex ticket and all they say is:
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Your inquiry has been identified as a Developer Exchange (DevEx) related issue.

To receive assistance with this matter, please resubmit your ticket by visiting our support page. When filling out the form, ensure you select “Developer Exchange Program (DevEx)” as the help category to ensure your request reaches the appropriate team.

Alternatively, you can visit the Developer Exchange Help Center for further guidance and answers to common questions regarding the program.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

Roblox Support

That doesn’t help at all as I did send a DevEx ticket and the only sub category on there is “How to submit a DevEx Request”. What can I do?

Same here, my ticket was completely aired. Although my issue ended up resolving itself, absolutely zero reply is not good.

I had exact same problem. Try using a different browser or incognito mode. For some reason sometimes not all subcategories are loaded

Yeah MS edge worked for me but safari or chrome doesnt reveal all the subcategories

This is a known bug with the Roblox Support form that has been tripping up a lot of developers. When you are logged out (or if the form glitches on certain browsers), the system hides the actual DevEx subcategories and only leaves you with “How to Submit a DevEx Request”, which automatically triggers that useless bot response you just got.

To get past the bot and reach the actual DevEx team, try this:

  1. Log into your Roblox account on your browser before opening the support page.
  2. If it still only shows one option, open the form in an Incognito / Private window or try a different browser (like Chrome instead of Safari) and log in there.
  3. Once the form is working properly, you should see the other hidden subcategories like “DevEx Portal (Tipalti) Information” or “Eligibility Questions”.

Submitting your ticket under those specific categories will bypass the generic automated filters and actually route your message to a human on the DevEx team

Same issue, all categories are always hidden no matter what browser I use or if I’m logged in to account or not. Very annoying.

Bumping this, been having a hard time contacting dev ex support for a year now.

I opened a bug report nearly 2 weeks ago, you can likely bump it with your info

I spammed 8 tickets to finally get it through. They forwarded my ticket despite telling me before that they couldn’t

Hi, I think this may be related to the report here Locked Tipalti account. If that matches your issue please follow along in that thread for updates.
