Okay, so you has literally broken every rule of looking for a team.
All of these things need to be super obvious to see
- Tell people what they’re gonna be working on
- Tell people why they should work with you
- Tell people what they’re gonna be paid
- What the person setting up is gonna be doing

This is lacking a lot details particularly why should I join?. If you are looking to team up with devs, it’s best that you propose a strong, convincing game idea to help draw people in. But even then, you will need to give some idea of how much they will get paid and similar as well as what they will be working on. Furthermore, who are you? It’s unlikely that people are going to join you if they have no idea what you do, how you’re like and etc. Tell us a bit about yourself and what you will be doing.

lol dw about it, it sounds like it’s your first time looking for a team, and it’s expected you’d make mistakes.
If it is your first time trying to be involved with a team at all though, I’d realllllyyyy recommend joining someone elses team first.
