After months and months without any responses regarding the matter, the Roblox app has been updated to a new version, which is 2.610.472 (2dfce8).

As I tested to see if the bug persisted, it seems that it has been fixed.

This bug has returned once again and it is targeting a a few groups that I have joined within my account:

Update regarding the issue: The workaround provided from the post is no longer possible to replicate.

Hello @JuanGamerPlayz_RBLX,

I’m sorry for the delay, our team has been investigating the issue but unfortunately there is still no resolution as they’ve found it isn’t an issue specific to group pages, and needs a more general solution.

Has this happened to you in any other pages?

So far, the issue is persistent with the steps I have provided over my topic… The workaround has returned working fully with the method provided over my topic. The rest of the pages are working fine…

Still experiencing this on almost all groups


As shown I lose my dark mode but a little remains. I am part of the group shown however it does not show my rank at the top next to owner.

We’ve made an update to the groups page to try to resolve this issue, but we’re looking into a more general solution to a problem that may be affecting the website as a whole. While the team investigates, I’m curious if the update we made was of any help. Can you verify? Thank you!

Still experiencing this would add a video but 9 seconds is too long for the dev forum. I updated Roblox to newest version yesterday.

Unfortunately, I only have sad news that is the bug remains still for me and I absolutely have no clue why this is constantly occurring… My Roblox application version is now 2.621.526 (3d6889) and yet, nothing changed…

I will send further details about my device and Roblox version via PM. I really hope that the team can find the solution for it! :pray:t2:

This is happening for me! When I choose a group it removes the side of it and says I’m not a member. It also removes my account from that devices switch accounts. However doesn’t disable settings

@lm_gameon After a few months, I returned to check out how things are going with this bug and I have an update!

As you go to the groups that I have mentioned in the past, you can now chat and check out the profiles of the developers properly. However, there are a few things to be considered:

  1. The colors are not following the theme. The page is white and only follows properly if you select and user and go back.
    1.1 It translates the titles to your based location (which you can see that it is Portuguese from Brazil, despite my Roblox app configured to display only in English)
  1. The icons to show if the player is online, in-game, or in Roblox Studio are no longer showing after clicking on the group.

I genuinely hope this can be fixed soon!

Coming back to this bug report to say that, after re-designs and new structures from the Roblox Universal App, this bug is no longer possible to reproduce… That said, it has been fixed!
