Developer Console does not show the Server Log Tab

Reproduction Steps

1. Join any game.
2. Check server log on the Developer Console on a game you own and it will not load.

(System info: Windows 11 Desktop PC with i7 8700K/32GB RAM/RTX 3080)

Expected Behavior
The server log tab on the Developer Console would load out logs of errors, warnings, info, and output.

Actual Behavior
The server log tab on the Developer Console does not load out logs of errors, warnings, info, and output. (I have joined multiple of my owned games/different servers, and this continues to happen)
