The f9 key does not bring up my developer console, however typing /console in chat does. This has been happening to other people as well, as I have helped two others figure out the chat command due to their keybind not working.

It seems to be happening every launch, I tried reinstalling the game to see if it would fix itself, however, it persists through uninstall/install.

Last weeks update is when I started to notice the bug, it may have been longer, however, I started noticing it after last weeks update.
