Hey! I just got invited to Tipalti portal (so I can get into the DevEx program) but it requires me to input a date birth in which I must be at least 18 years old (it won’t let me continue if I don’t put this info), while, on Roblox website, it says that the minimum age is 13 years old.
Should I “lie” about it and explain it to Roblox in a future? What is your experience with this?
I’ve seen minors use their parent’s information in parts of the DevEx process that require you to be 18+. I’m not sure if this is the correct protocol but it’s what some younger developers do.
My request for an invitation has already been accepted and made my account. They said any discrepancies between my request and portal info will make my devex getting denied. Is there an option to change my info without sending a new request to access the portal.

If you are not an adult, you must input your parents information, Developer Exchange has told me that.
If you inputed your name, you must create a Roblox Support Ticket and request to ID Verify otherwise any further developer exchange requests you create WILL BE REJECTED for incorrect name.
When you ID Verify, you’ll be sent two links, one for you and one for the parent receiving the money.
You need to tell them your real name and the real name of the parent.
Your parent should complete the developer exchange portal form for you.
The ID Verification Initial message will look like this:
Once completed, they’ll send a message somewhat like this, but for me its different since im also having an other issue that you do not have (You have reached the maximum number of attempts to resend the verification code. Please contact Tipalti support for further assistance. Edit: Fixed.)
Make sure you DO NOT have any spelling mistakes once inputing information into the Developer Exchange Form as if you do then you will have to complete the ID Verification process again.
