Developer Hub 'you are leaving Roblox' does not scale on mobile

Reproduction steps:

1. Go to a DevHub page (on mobile with vertical mode on) with an offsite link (such as: utf8, the link is at the end of the description of utf8)

2. Click the link.

3. Notice the pop up is not scaled and therefore the continue button is not visible.
