So probably your current device is getting Hardware ID banned by Roblox

I had a hardware ID ban too but itâs only for Roblox games. To avoid the ban you have to use some VPNs or change your DNS.
How do i change dns, cause vpns are slow for me

Sorry I was away from my PC earlier.
Try to restart your PC. If it doesnât work, reinstall your current browser. If none of both are works then you have to report this to Roblox Staff for further explanation because this bug is very weird, almost nothing can solve this bug.
I tried using my main account on my other pc and it didnât work, but when I tried using alt account on other pc, it worked. This is super weird.
And also, how do I report it to staff?

Then post it. And after that, you have to wait for solutions (sometimes the staff will respond to your topic).
But anyway. You should test by making a dev product in another place in your main account.
I have found a different way to upload dev productsâŚ
So basically my game is currently owned by my group, and I have ranked my alt to Admin.
I can upload dev products using my alt now.
And I have messaged the reports bot in hopes for this to be fixed.
