I released my new game “Adventure Guild Battles” on February 28, 2026 (Adventure Guild Battles | Play on Roblox), and since then it has generated about 2.3 million Robux.
The issue is that every time I try to DevEx, my requests get rejected with the reason “Not Eligible”. I’ve contacted support twice (March 19 and March 30) and haven’t received any response.
For context, I was able to DevEx normally last year. Around November, my requests suddenly started getting declined without any clear explanation. One thing that changed around that time was a high-priced gamepass in one of my games (100k Robux), but it was a legitimate purchase tied to the game, not a donation or anything off-platform and money earned from this gamepass was invested into advertisement.
Even after releasing a completely new game and generating fresh revenue, I’m still not eligible, which makes this even more confusing.
At this point it feels like I’ve been unable to access any of my earnings for months despite continuing to develop and generate revenue. I’ve been on the platform for 17 years and never had this kind of issue before where I had support requests go completely unanswered.
Has anyone else experienced something similar or knows what could cause an account to remain “Not Eligible” like this? Any insight would be appreciated.
