Developer Stats "Average Visit Length" shows an erroneous last datapoint for Daily, breaking graph scaling

Every time I visit this page, the last datapoint on all of these graphs is always wrong, or “in progress”, or something. Right now, the most egregious example is the “Average Visit Length” page in Daily mode. Seems worse than usual.

Please stop showing this last datapoint if it’s always going to be wildly wrong, it’s useless (at least for ~300 CCU games) and misleading. I checked on this page today to see the average visit length graph reduced to a line because of the last point shooting off to the moon, rendering the rest of the graph useless. This point was about 800, while the previous one was about 15.

I refreshed the page and this changed back to being reasonable.
Then I refreshed the page again and it became 0.54.
I refreshed it one more time and now it’s 1400.

While not as dramatic, the other two graphs on this page also do something similar, usually dropping low. I always have to consciously ignore the end of the graph.

Expected behavior

Graph should not show bad data, especially not so that it breaks the graph.
In progress data should be presented differently, e.g. a dotted line.

We are investigating! Thanks for the report!

I checked out your stats recently and I don’t notice any erroneous data points anymore. Can you confirm?

We’ve been making a number of quality of life fixes across the board and I think this might have been one of them.

If everything looks good, then I’ll close out this bug.

Right now it’s looking better. I will make a new bug report if it misbehaves again. Cheers.
