Development Items not visible to Developers after having migrated from another account the group hosting the experience

Hello all,
After having migrated a Group from the development agency account to the brand account, and having provided the agency again with Developer permissions to that group, they don’t seem to be able to see the Develompent Items of the experience in that group however from the brand account (owner) they are indeed visible.

Permissions granted to the development agency:

  • Play all group experiences
  • Edit all group experiences
  • View group revenue
  • Advertise group
  • Configure classic avatar items
  • Create classic avatar items

Expected behavior

Agency developers to see all items and be able to operate and use them.

Hi @Nestle,

Thanks for the report! I’m sorry that you’re having these issues right now. This issue where someone with the Developer role is not able to see Development items is a known issue that the team is actively working on fixing. We will keep you posted on when there is a rollout on this bug fix!

In the meantime, the workaround is to assign the user a role with the group level permission Create and edit group experiences under the Assets category. Let me know if you have any other questions!
