Devex account locked yet request was approved

I accidentally got locked out of my Tipalti portal account needed for my DevEx. This happened last Wednesday, I forgot my password and then accidentally typed the wrong answer to my security question, so they instantly locked my Tipalti account. I submitted a DevEx request last Tuesday, which to my surprise appears to have been processed:

I assume that I will not receive any money as my Tipalti account has been locked? I contacted Roblox last Tuesday but I’m still waiting for a response, last update was that my request has been escalated to the DevEx team and It normally takes 5 - 7 business days to hear back, which seems a bit long but understandable. I’m wondering if anyone knows what should happen now? As in, with my money? Assumably I won’t receive anything until it’s unlocked, as I got this Email on Friday and it’s already Monday and I haven’t received anything at all.

Got almost same issue, my account got locked in Dec 1 because i didn’t get sms from 2FA. Made tickets and didn’t get any response because of Holidays. Made some more tickets from Jan 2 and didn’t get any response with fact there are Jan 17 already, also all tickets said 7-10 or 3-5 Days. I need to update my Taxes info to be able DevExing but Support don’t even response me. Seems im getting ignored or something tbh
