Devex Constantly getting Rejected

Hi, everyone!

Recently tried to DevEx 30K Robux. It is my first time devexing.

The problem is that every time I try to do it, I enter the correct information (first and last name, email etc), but the robux still comes back to me, saying I am “not eligible”. I tried DevExing twice already.

Does anyone know why it is getting rejected/why I’m “not eligible”? Any common mistakes I made? Is there any other info needed?

It should be a known thing at this point that when anything regarding Roblox doesn’t work,
you file a report and please wait patiently rather than trying over and over again

It is important you read this fully.
and hopefully it helps you understand a little more and give you an idea on why the rejection is occuring.

Maybe you’re under 13?

Usually support is not helpful, but hopefully if its a simple question as to why your DevEx was rejected they could maybe give you an answer? I would first read the article posted by 62qx, and if you still think there was a mistake made on Roblox’s end, I would contact support (Roblox Support). There is a section on the support form that allows you to submit a ticket specifically in regard to DevEx.

The number one reason I personally see people who are still “eligible” for DevEx get rejected is that they are trying to cash out Robux that is considered “unearned”, which as can be read in the article 62qx supplied you with, is when the Robux was not generated by content you created. If you are reselling a limited item in the catalog that was created by Roblox or someone else that is not you, and make 30,000 Robux from doing so, that Robux is not DevEx eligible. If you end up filling out the support form and are told that you are trying to cash out unearned Robux, I suggest using that Robux to do things such as advertising the next game you create or uploading UGC, which if done correctly can generate you Robux that you can cash out.
