I recently lost around $100 on a DevEx transaction due to fees. This isn’t an outburst to try and get me a refund, attention, or anything else horrid. I want features, and I want them yesterday.
As of right now there is currently no known way to suspend, or exit, a DevEx transaction if you incorrectly assumed you wanted the money, need to change your transaction’s endpoint, or unlock your Tipalti account. Speaking on Tipalti, why aren’t developers emailed when they get a locked account? Why aren’t the rules for the accounts laid out, why they might get locked for example? These shouldn’t be questions.
Here’s a new one: Why wasn’t anyone who worked on designing the new DevEx portal interested in asking the community what they want added, or changed?
Although this sounds extremely anti-Roblox and anti-staff I apologize. I am currently upset over a preventable issue and I would like the cures implemented. Please take a look over with your teams, find a provable and scalable solution, and notify the community of their thoughts before you take the plunge and send it out publicly. This needs to be addressed and I won’t be the only one who reaches out over this.
Have a great day and take care, the teams at Roblox are awesome and I hope to see their work brought to light!

Sorry to hear that, this definitely sounds like something that should be improved. Will pass your feedback on with respect to getting more information and notifications surrounding locked accounts.
Are you talking about the DevEx page that was migrated to create.roblox.com or something else with this comment? Could you let us know (if it’s already posted elsewhere, you can link to it) what exactly you are looking for in this regard? Feel free to send a private message if any parts of your request are sensitive.
I recently heard from a fellow developer who critiqued my post and I’d like to solve the issues they brought up.

Suspending a Running DevEx Transaction
Exiting a Running DevEx Transaction
Notice when a Tipalti Account is locked
Confirmation and/or Declining DevEx requests if Tipalti account is locked
Scheduling DevEx automatically every Month (Unrelated to Post)
This problem occurred due to a number of issues, and some are my own fault. I’d simply appreciate that DevEx’s panel, and as a system, was treated like a legitimate PayRoll app and had the features to prove it.
