DevEx goes through but rejected by bank // Roblox doesnt refund robux

Hey,

Wanted to make this thread to see if anyone has this same issue that I do.

I’ve literally tried to dev-ex for the first time and it went through, however my bank rejects any outside payments due to tarrifs. As a result, ROBLOX tried to re-do it despite me sending countless emails asking them to simply refund my robux.

The support is useless and ignores anything I say, 11 emails back and forth and they respond like once every two weeks. My bank rejects any outside payment and keeps coming back with “Rejected by remote bank” or some message like that. Contacted my bank and they said they don’t accept outside payments and whatnot.

Does anyone have this issue? Is Devex support really this bad? I can’t seem to get my robux back after literally more than two months, almost three at this point of constant support ignoring what I say. Please let me know if you guys have any idea how to resolve this
