I got an email saying my DexEx was paid after 5 days of waiting, its been 12 hours and the money isn’t in my bank. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Your bank may take a few days to process the payment themselves.
Also check that you put the correct information - if not, the money is gone, but you’ll be able to correct it for next time you DevEx
