This isn’t really a bug but on the DevEx page it states that you have to be 13 years or older twice 
Probably a mistake because I can’t think why it would need to be there twice!

They wanted to show you that they could have incorrect grammar twice in the same sentence.
It’s a bullet list, not a paragraph; take away your punctuation from the end of lines and don’t run sentences onto the next bullet point.
• Be 13 years of age or older
• Have good standing as a community member, complying with Roblox’s Terms of Use
That’s how it should be.
