DevEx payment processed but no cash received on my card?

So recently I’ve sent a DevEx request for 1,370 USD (I should get 1240 Euros), and I’ve now receive an email after a couple of days that the payment was processed successfully, but I didn’t receive the money on my bank card?

Is this normal, is it going to be sent in a couple of days or is this an issue?

Yes, it is entirely possible for the process to take longer than expected! I have noticed with gamepass that when someone pays us, we receive the money a few days later, so yes, just be patient.
