its been weeks since i last processed my devex, i gave them all the information they exactly needed. at first process it was denied because of a mismatch of course i updated it afterwards but then again i waited for a week since i updated and still no updates received from the devex team or in my transaction history in dev portal.
i was also wondering if someone could answer this question of mine.
does devex take a month or so once you recently updated your information?
1.) I’m not exactly sure if this is your first time doing DevEx (aka you’ve never cashed out your Robux before), so I’ll just address things both from a first time and multiple time stance based on my past experiences doing DevEx, as well as based on the Roblox FAQs for Dev Ex. If this is your first time and you have no history of DevEx, it should take around 2 weeks or more. It is also susceptible to delays due to inaccuracies with information provided, which I assume happened in your case. If you have DevEx’ed at least once already, processing future requests should normally just take around 5 business days or sometimes more (but that can be on rare occassions)
2.) Yes you can only DevEx once per calendar month. Basically if you were to cash out the 3rd week of June, you can pretty much request another cash out as soon as July 1 hits. Doesn’t necessarily require you to wait 30 days.
heya actually its my first time doing devex and the first process was a failure due to an mis-match and un accurate information (this is through paypal btw) and the only in accurate one was the name but everything else was correct.
the second time processing was 2 weeks ago already and of course I still did not get any updates(through emails) from the devex team, in the second time I updated my information’s and it’s already accurate enough.
question, if you can only devex once a month… then does that mean the 2nd process will take another month since the first one was a failure due to mis-match or other reasons?
Like I mentioned above, its not a 30 day waiting thing rather you just have to wait for a new calendar month. (e.g. If I were to devex and receive the cash on the third week of June, the soonest I can attempt to devex again is July 1, to where it is a completely new calendar month).
