DevEx pending since 16 days (changed info), is this normal?

Hi all. I devexed recently after changing my bank account info on Tipalti and my request has been pending for 16 days. ~2 weeks ago Roblox asked me confirm some information (my address) which I did almost instantly by replying, and there has been no response since. I made a new support ticket but it hasn’t been answered in 7 days too.

I am aware there is a slight delay if your info changes, but I thought it would be a few days delay, not more than a week?

I also searched on the forum but a lot of people in the same boat as me never wrote an update on their situation.

Is it normal for my wait to be this long? Is there some kind of delay right now that I didn’t see listed? Thanks in advance

It has been 19 days now… no response, request is still pending
I read that they are going on Thanksgiving break in about a week, hoping my request gets processed until then

I saw someone else on here saying theirs was stuck as pending too, is this a common thing right now?

I submitted mines November first 5 minutes after 12 and it’s still pending as well

Nope. it’s been pending for 27 days now
