Please if anyone has experienced doing devex before please answer these questions of mine if you could:
i have multiple accounts in paypal with same and similar name and first name, i did devex 2 times and it failed because it was stated that it was invalid when it was literally valid.
[Q]: does having multiple accounts in paypal with same name let roblox identify it as a invalid stuff?
(I forgot the password of those accounts btw and their is practically no way for me to access it, i put the proper email btw)
do i really have to wait the next month so i could process my devex since it failed today?

OK so I do have an answer for ur second question. If ever a DevEx attempt fails, you should be free to try and attempt again immediately after. (That whole wait a new calendar month policy is in the case that your DevEx does get approved).
As for ur first question, there can literally be tons of errors that can cause a DevEx request to fail (whether it can be document info not matching other document info, your age, verified documents, you dont have enough earned robux aka robux you earned from sales, etc. I don’t believe this would invalidate your stuff as you would only have to submit just one account for it to connect to. I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket and mentioning that you wish to know why the DevEx request was cancelled as I encountered a similar issue when I first attempted 2 years ago and they helped me learn that I did not have enough robux earned through sales and payouts to cashout.
thanks your for answers, turns out we just forgot to verify our pay pal though no bank linked yet I believe devex can send the cash already also I do have enough robux, I did 30,000 for a testing withdrawal then if it successes I will increase the amount to the satisfied amount also I really hope this 3rd time it will work since the last 2nd attempts were a failure(probably because my paypal was not verified at that time).

(july 1) if my devex fails this month do i have to wait until the next month (aug 1) to devex again?
U might have missed the first paragraph lol. That “Wait for a calendar month” only applies for successful attempts of DevEx. As soon as one fails, your completely allowed to attempt a new one.
this is basically like deleting a datastore of a player I think that user was banned or something like that, I’m just wondering if we really do need to delete the userid of that player from the data stores cause it would be really tiring if this goes continuously
