I submitted a DevEx request on 10/17 and it hasn’t gotten a response yet. I also submitted a support ticket a few days ago that also has no response.
I thought DevEx requests were supposed to take at max 10 business days?

Dev Ex requests are slowed down due to the upcoming holidays, you will probably get a response before November 18th(when they will pause requests)

I am facing the same thing, it’s really annoying. I devexed 17 days ago (Oct. 19th), they asked me to confirm some details and I did and 2 weeks later still nothing

My first devex has been pending for 3 weeks (and they told me it would take 10 days)

Update: They just declined my request but didn’t send me an email or respond to the ticket. Gonna submit another one.

Did you get any response from Roblox? I have the same problem I changed my DevEx payment method, and I’ve been waiting 10 days now without a reply

Nope, they haven’t said anything yet. This is my 3rd time trying to submit my first DevEx request on my alt account. It seems like it only happens to first time DevEx users because my main is still able to DevEx.
