I recently made my first DevEx exchange, and it was accepted. I got the email from Roblox to an invitation on their Tipalti portal. I got the email on 8/18th and made an account the same day, with all my tax and banking information.
Then 3 days later, on 8/21st I got this message in my Roblox messages saying the request was denied.
This is weird because I thought they only allow you to create a portal account AFTER the dev ex was accepted. Furthermore, I only received 1/4th of the Robux I originally DevEx’d, and it has been 7 hours since. Are 3/4th of the funds valid? What should I do?
