Hey, I’m a bit worried and need some help.
On July 1, 2024, I cashed out a big amount of Robux, but I still haven’t received the money. This is my second time doing this, and it’s been 11 days. I should mention I recently changed my Tipalti supplier information.
I searched around and found that from the DevEx invitation email, it did state that:
Any discrepancies between your DevEx request and Tipalti portal may result in processing delays or the rejection of your DevEx request .
That’s probably why you’re experiencing a delay
Is this your first time doing DevEx? If so the first time usually takes the longest as they take their time to verify all your/request additional information.
If its a big amount it might take longer don’t worry you’ll be fine
That’s my second time doing this and the last time was not this long
If someone already had something like that maybe you could say me how days it took for you
I think it took me 2 weeks once to receive about 10k it was a long time ago I just remember it being pass the expected amount of days
