I DevExed in mid-November and already received the payment. Tipalti shows the transaction as Paid, and the funds arrived weeks ago. However, the Creator Hub DevEx page still shows the request as “Pending”, with the message:
“Your DevEx request submitted on 16/11/2025 is Pending.”
Even though the payout was fully processed, the status on Roblox never updated. Because of this, the system now blocks me from submitting a new DevEx request for December, effectively preventing me from DevExing again until this bug is fixed.
The expected behaviour is that once Tipalti marks the payment as Paid, the Creator Hub should reflect that and close out the request. Instead, it remains stuck in “Pending” and locks my account from further DevEx usage.
The amount of issues DevEx has experienced recently is ridiculous, and this one is completely breaking my ability to cash out. Please look into why the request is stuck and update it to the correct status.
