Devex Request was Rejected for ''Above Maximum payment method threshold''

Hi, so basically I’ve been in the Devex Program for 5 months now, and I was able to Devex my Robux into Real World Currency Succesfully numerous times.

My latest Devex Request was rejected, for the following reason; Above maximum payment method threshold. We cannot process your current DevEx request because our vendor’s provider has a maximum payment threshold. Your current DevEx request has been rejected for this reason.

I’ve searched everywhere and the Devex FAQ, and I couldn’t find anything related to the problem I’m facing with , Maximum payment method thresholds, Does anyone know anything about this?

Should I use a different payment method? Are there maximum payment thresholds for payment methods? I had no idea this was a thing. I’ve asked Roblox’s AI Assistant as well and it couldn’t help me and told me to contact Roblox Staff/Support.

What payment method did you select?
How much robux were you trying to cash out?

Hello, I’ve used the Local Bank Transfer as the payment method but I’d rather not disclose the exact amount of robux publicly.

Do you know anything about limits on the payment methods? I could not find any information on Devex FAQ or anywhere else regarding this information :disappointed: Like which payment methods are the best for larger scale payouts, and which are smallest, It’d be great if there were more information on Devex FAQ , Right now I’m just hoping for a response and some guidance/help from the Roblox Support/Staff Team.
