I just received my money from the roblox Corp on PayPal (3 days ago), but on the roblox website it still says my devex transaction is pending. And I haven’t got any emails about the transaction going through (except PayPal) is this just a normal feature?

No definite answer. It might just be a visual quirk that just so happened to show on your side. Probably should email Support if this keeps going on for like a day or so.
