Browser history when typing in “tipalti” in your address bar (hopefully it’s still there from the last time you visited)
Devex page => click into creator docs => click into help docs => find and click “supplier portal” link that’s very miniscule on the page somewhere
Ask friends for the link
Can we just highlight the link somewhere more obvious on the Creator Hub DevEx page?
Or even better, embedding Tipalti right on the Creator Hub somewhere, or even making a home-grown view/platform for processing these payments.
The current supplier portal feels too far removed from the platform and makes me second-guess each time if I’ve got the right link. This is made worse by the fact that people who still get Roblox Stars income have to remember two different links.
Quick hack to solve the issue: put the link to the DevEx supplier portal in the fold-out menu here in the IA:
I usually search Google for Tipalti. I forget to bookmark the site because I’m more interested in what I need to do relevant to my account than bookmarking the site. Either way, I have no idea where to find Tipalti from Roblox’s website (if even possible).
I fully support this feature request as well! I have to search “Roblox Tipalti” on Google pretty often, so having it in the DevEx panel would be awesome!
I must also add @buildthomas that the entire DevEX Tipalti experience is to far removed from any logical support of the platform developers trying to run a company. When actual DevEx transactions occur I truly feel a Phone line is imperative to serve the end customer. To file an issue with Tipalti, I have to file a paper complaint to Roblox and wait days for communication. This lack of transparency is very challenging to businesses trying to pay developers off platform. I just don’t understand way DevEx transactions are not separated a cut above the normal ticketing system. Yes I understand the dropdowns filter Who gets the transaction but generic / blanket responses to a legit need for funds to pay developers and company expenses, is very concerning especially when Thousands of dollars are tied up in a single transaction. Hope this brings some light to another issue!
