Reproduction Steps:
The current apple-touch-icon meta tag includes padding, this causes a visual inconsistency with the main webpage as the two icons are different sizes.

Perhaps this is intentional for PWA icon aesthetics on Apple devices, however Mozilla Firefox uses this metatag to populate its bookmarks and icon as a fallback. Google Chrome does not encounter this issue.
