When editing a post on DevForum, you have the option to leave a description of the edit you’ve made. This is a relatively underutilized feature (in fact I don’t know anyone who has ever used it) but the button to activate an edit description (which should be an 
icon) seems to be practically invisible (I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s scaled ridiculously small like the edit icon before the post number). It’s still able to function if you do happen to click on the button, but the icon isn’t there which doesn’t make it easy to find unless you’re experienced with Discourse.
This is confirmed to be an issue on all themes, tested on Microsoft Edge on a Google Pixel 6 Pro on December 2024 security patch. I think this has probably been happening for a long while, but I’ve only noticed it within the past 45 minutes or so.

Just to demonstrate that the functionality works fine on DevForum other than the button being invisible, here’s two screenshots to prove this.
It would be nice if this could be resolved at some point, but I’m not really expecting it to be.
