Wait, why is there a devforum hall of fame in the first place? Who’s gonna play this EXCLUDING the people who were selected for it.
I just wanted to highlight some of top forumers and forum culture in general.
Do people actually use ‘workspace’?
it feels so dirty and weird to use, I only use game.Workspace
I used to be like that. It lasts until you use it once and realize how much shorter and convenient it is to use.
Not to mention, by using game.Workspace you are referencing the name of the workspace rather than the workspace itself, meaning if its name were to change (very unlikely) game.Workspace would break.
This is the same reason we use game:GetService()
Game.Workspace is a service and works the same as Game:Getservice()
Wow, I never knew that. This is not true for other services such as lighting and is why it’s generally advised to use GetService(). However, the workspace global is shorter and more convenient to use when you break the habit of using game. from watching AlvinBlox or something.
people actually do use workspace. have you been living under a rock?
it’s far more efficient and you waste less time typing it.
least obvious ragebait
If this is ragebait I don’t know what isn’t. I’ve provided the main reasons most people use workspace over game.Workspace, but you can ask around yourself, if you want.
just typing workspace looks so wrong to me idk why i have to type the whole service out in a var
I need to go in the hall of fame as the professional shitposter!
Or maybe for being active funny and helpful
JsodGaming: The teen face of the devforum
im sorry man but such a title is already held
Okay then… what about this one?
I use workspace :[
no I already took those :]
@starmaq and definitely @sjr04
Literally anyone with 300+ solutions or the admired badge.
If you want more, those with 50+ solutions and the respected badge
That’s like, 75% of the devforum
But like the actual like YOUNG teen not like 16-17
yeah still, there are people who are younger, this is a community where people over the age of 13 can access
Don’t forget, some people start earlier than 13. @JsodGaming there are probably tons of teens on the forum.
