Devforum Links are Moderated

Groups are being “locked” due to Devforum links being present in the description. This includes EBR.

I tested this myself:

Devforum link inserted into group description:

Resulting censorship:

A Devforum link without a URL slug works just fine:

Expected behavior

I except the Devforum link to not be uncensored and not lock groups.
