Devforum posts cannot be linked in place description

Reproduction Steps:

1. Navigate to the Configure Place page under “Basic Settings”
2. In the place description, paste a link to a post from the Developer Forums, the link I used was Farming and Friends Update Log
3. Click the save button

Expected Behavior:
I expect the website to accept my change to the place description so that it can be viewed by everyone on the website.

Actual Behavior:
I receive an error in a red box at the top of the screen that says “Inappropriate place name or description.”

Workaround:
Removing the title of the post in the link and replacing it with a single letter

I’ve been able to link devforum posts by removing the post name from the link and replacing it with one letter (I assume this workaround still works today).

I had this issue a couple of weeks ago. However, my fix was the same as @Alexrocks911

Try removing the https:// at the start, it works sometimes.

This also happens to me but when i send my dev forum posts to my friends to look at i have to remove the numbers at the end for it to work ussally
