Devlog #2: First Update & Thoughts: Should I continue?

Hello!

I’m Kittylitterking!

If you’re reading this, you may or may not have read my first devlog (if not here you go: Devlog #1: Starting Out - Help and Feedback / Creations Feedback - Developer Forum | Roblox.)
And I recently made Spin Forever Simulator Spin Forever Simulator - Roblox. This game was made as a joke, and surprisingly enough to me, some people really liked it. I just dropped the first update and the new content is enclosed in this summary:

Added:

– Welcome badge!
– Trampoline!
– Kill All button!
– Mobile leaderstats!
– Borders! Now you can’t fall off the map lol!
– Disable spin button! You can now control whether or not your character is spinning! (NOTE: You have to reset to get back on the ground, this will be fixed later.)
– Bugs lol (and bugfixes! :hammer_and_wrench:)

But while making this update, I thought: What potential does this game ACTUALLY have? I mean, I made it as a joke, and I’m not too sure as to what I could end up doing with it. I encountered many problems and bugs during this update and I fixed what I could, but there are still many pesky little camera and control bugs that will take me a while to fix. I may even have to make a custom movement system, so that will be interesting. Let me know what you think I should do.

Feel free to tell me what you think about the update and let me know what I should add. Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day!

Not to be rude here, but whoever gave you nice feedback was a little too nice

I played the game and I got so bored because the spin stopped after I got launched out of the map and died
The GUI is not scaled correctly

And there isnt anything to do that would keep me playing

That’s where the whole “camera and control bugs” come into play. Because of the spin, there wasn’t anything I could think of to implement because rotating messes up the controls and camera, so you either can’t control where you’re going very well, or you can’t see because your camera is placed weird.

But thank you for your feedback! I’ll see what I can add to make it more involving.

Okay, so I’m stuck. I don’t really know to add to the game. The spinning kind of throws everything off, so I might just delete the spin feature and make it a tester place. What do you guys think?

Yes, the spin doesnt really do much to enhance the game

Maybe make the spin slower? Or have a setting to change it?

I actually removed the spin feature recently and changed the game to a tester place. I might add it back in later if wanted, but can I get some feedback on the new verison of the game please?
