Welcome to DHS Shopping, your immersive retail experience on Roblox! Whether you’re here to explore, shop from our latest clothing collections, or interact with our trained staff, we want your visit to be enjoyable and stress-free.
To ensure a fair and friendly environment, we have established a set of customer guidelines that every visitor is expected to follow. These rules help us maintain order in-store and ensure the best possible experience for all players, both customers and staff.
Please read through this post before participating in-game. These guidelines may be updated periodically, so we recommend checking back from time to time
1. Respect All Guests
Treat every customer and staff member with kindness and courtesy. DHS Shopping is a space for everyone to enjoy, regardless of their rank or role.
- Do not harass, insult, or provoke others.
- Avoid disruptive behavior such as arguing, name-calling, or excluding other players.
- Support a welcoming environment by using respectful language and actions at all times.
Failure to follow this guideline may result in a warning, kick, or game suspension, depending on the severity of the behavior.
2. Do Not Bypass the Chat Filter
All players must follow Roblox’s Community Standards, including the use of appropriate language. Attempting to bypass the in-game chat filter is strictly prohibited.
- Do not use symbols, spacing, or alternate spellings to say inappropriate words.
- Avoid sharing or encouraging others to use bypassed messages.
- Keep all communication family-friendly and respectful.
Bypassing the filter will lead to immediate moderation action, which may include warnings, game suspensions, or permanent bans.
3. Do Not Glitch Into Staff-Only Areas
Customers are not permitted to access staff-only areas under any circumstances. These areas are reserved for trained team members to perform their duties.
- Do not glitch, jump, clip, or use emotes to enter restricted zones.
- Avoid encouraging others to glitch or exploiting bugs to access private areas.
- Respect all marked or labeled staff-only spaces throughout the store.
Violating this rule will result in disciplinary action, including possible removal from the game.
4. Do Not Ask for Admin or Ranks
Players are not permitted to ask staff for administrative powers, ranks, or special permissions. All positions at DHS Shopping are earned through applications and training.
- Do not beg for admin, staff roles, or promotions.
- Avoid spamming or pressuring staff about ranks.
- Feel free to apply at our Career Center and attend training sessions to work your way up!
Asking for admin or ranks disrupts the experience and may result in a warning or mute.
5. Do Not Steal
Stealing is strictly prohibited within DHS Shopping. This includes taking items without properly checking out or roleplaying theft without permission.
- Do not walk out with clothing or items without using the checkout system.
- Do not engage in any form of theft, even as a joke or part of a roleplay scenario.
- Respect the shopping experience and treat it seriously.
Stealing will result in a minimum of 5 minutes in jail, with a maximum sentence of 15 minutes depending on the severity.
6. No Harassment of Staff Members
Harassment of any staff member will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes verbal abuse, spamming, or raiding.
- Do not harass, insult, or intimidate staff members.
- Do not spam or raid the store with disruptive behavior.
- Respect staff and their roles to maintain a positive environment.
Harassment, raiding, or spamming will result in an immediate ban from the game.
7. No Use of Alt Accounts for Exploiting
Using alternative (alt) accounts to exploit, bypass bans, or disrupt the game is strictly prohibited.
- Do not use alt accounts to evade punishments, exploit game mechanics, or engage in harmful behavior.
- Do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or manipulate the system.
- Respect the integrity of the game and the community.
Violating this rule will result in a permanent ban of both the alt account and the main account.
8. Reporting Staff Members
If you encounter any issues with staff members or witness inappropriate behavior, please report it through the proper channels.
- Do not publicly accuse or attack staff members in-game.
- Do not create drama or spread false claims about staff.
- Report any concerns through the official reporting system or the designated staff channels.
All reports will be investigated fairly, and appropriate actions will be taken if necessary. Publicly accusing staff may lead to disciplinary action.
9. Reporting Admins
If you encounter any issues with admins or observe any inappropriate actions, please report them through the official channels.
- Do not publicly accuse or criticize admins in-game.
- Do not spread rumors or false claims about admins.
- Report any concerns about admins directly to the designated reporting system or through private channels.
All reports will be handled confidentially and fairly, with appropriate action taken if necessary. Publicly accusing admins may result in disciplinary measures.
10. No Protesting on DHS Property
Protesting or organizing disruptive activities within DHS Shopping is not allowed. This includes any actions that disturb the shopping experience or interfere with staff and other customers.
- Do not organize or participate in protests, strikes, or disruptive events on DHS property.
- Do not use signs, chats, or actions to block or harass others.
- Respect the purpose of the store and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Engaging in protest-like behavior will result in a warning, removal from the game, or a ban depending on the severity.
11. No Slander
Slandering or spreading false information about DHS Shopping, its staff, or its services is strictly prohibited. This includes making harmful statements or accusations both in-game and on external platforms.
- Do not spread false rumors or misinformation about DHS, its staff, or its operations.
- Do not engage in public attacks or defamation against DHS on social media or other platforms.
- Respect the reputation of DHS and its community members.
Any user caught slandering DHS, whether in-game or off-platform, will receive an immediate ban.
12. No Harassment Towards Corporate or Management
Harassing corporate or management members regarding moderation decisions, terminations, or other administrative actions is not permitted.
- Do not argue, threaten, or insult corporate or management members over moderation or termination issues.
- Do not spam or disrupt communication channels with complaints about administrative actions.
- Respect the decisions of management and corporate staff, who are here to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment.
Harassment towards corporate or management will result in disciplinary action, including a potential ban.
13. Right to Terminate or Rank Staff to Guest
DHS Shopping reserves the right to terminate any staff member or change their rank to guest at any time and for any reason.
- Do not question or argue against a staff member’s termination or rank change.
- Do not attempt to circumvent or interfere with management’s decisions regarding staff ranks.
- Understand that these actions are taken to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the store.
Any staff member whose rank is changed or terminated may not reapply for the same position unless stated otherwise by management.
14. No Evasion of Jail Time
Attempting to evade or bypass jail time for violations is strictly prohibited.
- Do not use alternate accounts, glitches, or exploits to avoid being placed in jail.
- Do not try to manipulate or deceive staff into lifting your jail time.
- Respect the moderation system and serve your jail time as required.
Evasion of jail time will result in a permanent ban from the game.
15. No Purposefully Emptying Shelves
Intentionally emptying shelves or removing items from display to disrupt the shopping experience is not permitted.
- Do not purposely take items off shelves or use glitches to empty product displays.
- Do not engage in actions that cause unnecessary disruption to the store environment.
- Respect the integrity of the store and the shopping experience for other players.
Any player caught emptying shelves with the intent to disrupt the game will face a temporary ban or other disciplinary actions, depending on the severity.
