Policies:

  1. Please refrain from using profanity or inappropriate language.

  2. Be kind to all users within the game, no bullying or harassment.

  3. Insults to the staff team running the game or harassment will result in a game ban.

  4. Abuse of the elevators or other objects, such as doors or fire alarms will not be tolerated.

  5. Exploiting or altering the gameplay will result in a ban and a report to Roblox moderation.

  6. If you are asked to leave the store by management, please EXIT the store upon being asked.

  7. Disrupting the experience in any way will result in a kick from the server and a warning added.

  8. Glitching or getting into any staff area without permission will lead to a permanent game ban.

  9. If you are banned from DHS, ALT accounts are prohibited, if you can not follow the rules you will be given an alt ban as well.

  10. Alternate accounts are not prohibited unless you are banned.

  11. Creating massive groups within the store to crowd or block areas is not allowed.

  12. It is the responsibility of the games management team to issue bans at their discretion.

  13. Theft from the store will result in three warnings, then a ban. Continued offenses will lead to a three-day suspension.

  14. Abusing self-checkouts will result in a 3-day ban.

  15. Our Loss Prevention Team is authorized to detain and question all suspected thieves or game security violators. Attempting to leave to avoid this will result in an automatic 3-day ban.

  16. Inappropriate avatars will result in a ban on witnesses.
