Did i make this animation better? and what could i do better?

The new one is better, at least in the context of swinging the axe that large, it has more weight to it.
You can improve the animation by adding more recoil, making the easing when returning to the original position stronger and longer, and adding another keyframe to swing back further before going to the original position.

Something like this. Add another keyframe(the one in between) offset the original position to make it feel more natural, good easing for this is In for the first one and Out or InOut for the second one

maybe the keyframe inbetween could be a bit smoother but

You got it wrong, the image above some 2 different keyframes. The ghost one is the in-between one, over-moving than where it is supposed to be(the current frame), so the hand readjusts and moves back to the correct final position(current frame). The in-between frame should shifted near the final frame.

Sorry for the poor explanation, my English is not that great.

and should i get rid of the wait time (when it goes to the right place" when it get clicked faster after the cooldown so it feels smoother?

I dont see any different. Is the final pos inbetween?

yeah i just made the difference a bit smaller looked weird like that

I think its fine to keep it, it make the axe heavy

maybe its because of the quality

Yea, small change to animation often hard to spot, tho maybe exaggerating it so it is more noticable
